My order from Living Proof was not delivered.The company wanted me to rate the products and I explained I couldn't because I hadn't received them. I asked them to resend products or issue refund. They blamed UPS and no one from Living Proof contacted me. I have not received my refund of $52.64. It feels like a fly-by-night outfit with no real offices or humans. They don't even deserve one star.
When a customer orders a product on the Living Proof website, they have two options...
- ONE TIME PURCHASE
- AUTO-REPLENISH EVERY:_____ months [and] Get free shipping + every 4th order free
It would seem that the 4th order would be free if the customer selects the auto-replenish option, but Living Proof does not count the first order toward the free product so the free product does not come until the 5th order. This is how their customer service agent explained it to me when I contacted the company: "The first order you place to start the subscription does not qualify as all four orders must be generated by our subscription service." There is no text on their website that says this is their policy. Very deceptive.

Google "living proof hair products" and you'll find HSN, Sephora, Walmart and Utla Beauty also sell some Living Proof products. For help with the full line and what's best for your individual hair needs, the Livingproof.com site is best.

None at all. My hair and scalp only got healthier after I used the conditioners. I've never used the dry shampoo though.
